Return and Refund
At Garage Culture, every 3D die-cast frame is crafted and packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain quality and fairness, we have a clear return and replacement policy.
Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
• We only accept return or replacement requests that are supported by a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video.
• The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the outer packaging, unwrapping, and any visible damage or issue with the product.
2. No Unboxing Video = No Return/Replacement
• Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or replacement requests under any condition.
3. Time Frame to Report
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the unboxing video.
• Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
4. Eligibility Criteria
• Only products with transit damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong items received will be eligible.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
• Damage after delivery due to mishandling or accidental drops.
• Requests made without an unboxing video.
• Change of mind or custom design preferences
